So, you know those moments when you want something easy and floaty but still need to look like you didn’t just roll out of bed in a rented beach shack? This is that dress. One of those gloriously bohemian maxi numbers that has it all - the shirt-style bodice so you can have as many or as few buttons done up as your heart desires, lovely three-quarter sleeves (a godsend if you’re not in the mood for a full show), and a waist that gives without making you look like a tube. You’ll find a bit of elastic smocking and drawstring action on both the sleeves and the middle for comfort, plus it’s all finished off with some playful tassels. There’s also this blissfully soft woven fabric situation happening - slightly sheer in places, very much “I swan about on a sun-drenched balcony” in others.
